The building is 5 stories tall. Floors 3-5 are currently fully occupied by Hitachi ID Systems. Unit 101 is occupied by Ackah Law. Unit 200 is occupied by Effectiv -- a Calgary coworking space for technology startups. One of the key occupants of this space is Acuspire.

Currently there is a full unit available -- 201 (second floor South) and some floor space (less than a full unit each) in units 200 and 100. Units are each approximately 3000 square feet.
